Correspondence Ruth And Her Solicitor Christina, Have Sent To Andrew Walker Via His Aides – Prior To, During And Following the Inquest, Into The Death of Ambrose Garfield Gene Ball…

As with everything we state on this blog, all the statements can be backed up with further evidence in the way of emails, audio or visual recordings. In most cases this involves a combination of the aforementioned.

The majority of  people seem to think that because we received an open conclusion at Ambrose’s inquest, we should be really pleased. Hmmmm no.

We believe Andrew Walker gave an open verdict to cover his own back, and in the process of doing that,  he disregarded and attempted to debunk everything we stated as fact. 

On the other hand, he agreed with the evidence given by the police, although we never saw 90% of that evidence.  Their word was enough to satisfy Andrew Walker. Well it is not enough to satisfy us…

We demand to see that EVIDENCE and to show our EVIDENCE, via the same CCTV which was constantly referred to during the  inquest to back up the events given by the Metropolitan Police…

Our evidence is everything you read in this blog. All of this was made available to a number of people within the Metropolitan Police as and when it came up. The coroner Andrew Walker and his aides Beckie Smith, Jacqueline Reid and Laurie Roach have also been aware of things since April 30th 2015, at the opening into the inquest into the death of Ambrose Garfield Gene Ball, by the way of emails, recordings and P.I.H’s. Having said that, Jacqueline Reid and Laurie Roach only became involved once Beckie Smith was no longer around. Response – 80% Negative.

In addition to those already mentioned, this information was also made known to a number of MP’s such as Jeremy Colburn, Diane Abbot, David Cameron, Teresa May, Teresa Villers, David Lammy , Alison and Richard Cornelius and others via Twitter or email. Diane Abbot, Teresa Villers and David Lammy were all met in person. Response – 60% Positive.

ALL of the major UK’s and American TV news stations, were also approached via Twitter and in some cases by phone. These included BBC1; BBC2; Channel 4 news; Channel 5 News; ITV News; ABC News and CNN News. Response – 100% Negative.

News presenters Jon Snow and Sir Trevor McDonald, also via Twitter. Response – 100% Negative.

British Daily TV programmes such as The Wright Stuff, This Morning, Loose Women, Response – 100% Negative.

And via Twitter to British, African, Caribbean, Australian and American celebrities such as Frank Bruno; Lennox Lewis; Linford Christie; Lewis Hamilton; Richard Blackwood; Oprah Winfrey; Chris Eubank – Senior and Junior; Katie Price; Davina McCall,; Amanda Holden; Simon Cowell; Philip Scolfield; Kylie Monogue; Jodie Marsh; Emma Bunton; Mr and Mrs Beckham; Richard Branson; Sir Alan Sugar and members of the British royal family to list a small selection. We are aware that a few of these celebrities do not use Twitter very often, but the majority of them do. Response – 99.7% Negative.

Others who have been made aware are organisations and charities such as the UN;  House of Lords; House of Commons; MIND; SANE; Conservative Party HQ; Labour Party HQ; SNP; Mental Health UK; Equality For All; Justice For Fathers; Victims Support; Black Awareness Foundation; All Lives Matter;  Black Lives Matter; Anonymous; and Human Rights; Some of these have been contacted via Twitter and email. Response – 100% Negative.

We have also contacted a number of music channels such as MTV; MTV Base; VH1. Newspapers and magazines such as The Voice; Daily Mirror; Red; Womans Own. Radio stations such as Magic; Heart; Smooth; Kiss FM; Capital; and BBC Radio one.  Response – 90% Negative.

Those people/organisations/charities mentioned couldn’t even be bothered to re-tweet a tweet, much less acknowledge what we as a family were going through. These people/organisations/charities could have made such a difference to the publicity that Ambroses’ case received, but they decided, for whatever reason, that Ambrose and us as his family, were not even worth the few seconds it takes to re-tweet a tweet…

I guess it’s a case of ‘As long as we’re alright and those we love are safe, that’s all that matters.’ This is such a dangerous stance to take, especially when it involves those who are supposed to be there to uphold the law and protect us. The longer people remain afraid to speak up for what’s right, the worse this problem will become. This problem is not going to stop on it’s own, it will only get worse if nothing is done.

This section contains the correspondence between Ruth and the coroners office, which outlines the various problems which arose and what Ruth knows happened to Ambrose. 

Below is an email from Ruths’ solicitor to Beckie Smith, coroners clerk –  21st July 2015.

Below are a number of emails Ruth has sent to the coroners’ Aides – From 13th August 2015 to the present day.

  

Below are a few emails which are in relation to a DNA test that Beckie Smith had kindly arranged for Ruth.  However, as Ruth was unable to get hold of me, this offer was not taken up at the time. 

I just want to clarify something before I go any further.  Ruth and I have been calling the PM we are waiting for, a ‘2nd Independent PM’. This is incorrect.  What we are actually waiting for is for Ambrose to have his FIRST independent PM done.  This is a right which Ruth has been denied from the beginning. 

We have decided to wait until Ruth gets Ambroses’ PM done independently. The reason for this is because Beckie explained to Ruth, that in order for the DNA test to be done, they would have to thaw Ambroses’ body. We understand that once this process is undertaken, it will speed the rate of decomposition, making any independent PM harder, unless it was carried out at the same time.

I have 2 major issues with this.  The 1st one is that Ruth signed for Ambroses’ tissues not to be destroyed and, that they are to remain in storage, for later testing.  So my question is why did Beckie tell Ruth that they needed to move Ambroses’ body to Kings College Hospital to thaw etc before a DNA test could be carried out, when they know we already have tissue samples that belong to Ambrose? In addition to this, we also want these tested independently of the Metropolitan Police, Haringey council and Haringey Mortuary. 

My 2nd issue is why would Beckie advise Ruth to do that when she knows that Ruth want’s to get an independent PM done? Beckie is aware that Ruth cannot do that at the moment, so  if Ruth had agreed to go ahead with the DNA testing just before Christmas, she would have lost any chance of having a PM done independently of the police and Haringey council…

Below is an email Ruth sent to Beckie Smith on the 18th December 2017.  The reason for doing this is because Beckie Smith had actually left the coroners office before Ambroses’ inquest began, and Ruth just wanted to keep her up to date with how things have gone since Beckie had left, which was for a period of almost 2 years.

We have been struggling to get justice for 3 years and to bring this case to the attention of the wider media and general public, but, we have been blocked at every avenue, by the BBC and the Metropolitan Police to name just a couple of organisations. Re-tweeting and sharing this via social media, in the hope that it goes viral, is our last hope. It only takes a few seconds to do, but it would mean the World to us and, it could make all the difference regarding Ambroses’ case receiving the exposure it deserves. Please don’t do nothing, God forbid, you could find yourself in the same situation, which is something I wouldn’t wish on my worse enemy.
